  • That depends on which Court your Case was assigned. If you know the offense, offense date and birth date of the defendant, contact the Victoria County Clerk's Office.

  • We can not determine whether you need an attorney nor can on e be recommended. You may find a list of attorney's within the yellow pages of the phone book under Attorney.

  • Police Reports are not filed with the Victoria County Clerk's Office. Contact the reporting law enforcement agency to obtain a copy.

  • The Victoria County Tax Assessor's Office.

  • Contact or visit your local branch of Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

  • You can make the request for an attorney when you go before the Judge on you court date.

  • Victoria County District Attorney's Office - Hot Check Division.

  • To expunge a record you will need to make an application/petition with the Victoria County District Clerk's Office.

  • If it is 1st appearance your bond has the date and time regarding when you need to appear. If you know your Cause #, the Victoria County Clerk's Office may assist.

  • If you have the offense, offense date, and the birth date the Victoria County Clerk's Office may provide that information.

  • If you know the offense, offense date and the birth date the Victoria County Clerk's Office may provide that information.

  • Look on ticket and if information is not provided please contact the department, office or agency ticket is from.

  • If you were in the city limits or written by a city officer, contact the Municipal Court for that city. Otherwise, contact the Justice of the Peace Court in the area the ticket was written.
