On Thursday, June 3rd, the Grand Jury for the 377th Judicial District indicted Terrence Derreal White, Jr., a Victoria man, of Capital Murder.  The indictment alleges that on May 21st, 2010 he caused the death of Braiydon White, a four month old child.  The grand jury further found that Mr. White either struck the child’s head with an object or struck the head of the child against an object with enough force to inflict multiple skull fractures, intracranial hemorrhaging and brain death.  Mr. White is set to be arraigned for the charge on June 18, 2010.
